BookMyसंध्या is a technology platform that helps users discover, share, manage, and participate in religious and spiritual events. The Platform connects devotees, religious organizations, Mandals, temples, trusts, singers, volunteers, and event organizers while providing services such as: • Religious event discovery and publishing • Verified organization profiles • Singer profiles and booking inquiries • Bus Seva — group travel/pilgrimage bus ticketing for Mandal-organized trips • A Mandal wallet for Bus Seva ticket revenue and payouts to a Mandal's linked bank account • AI Studio — AI-assisted content generation (event descriptions, posters, invitations, voice announcements, and planning aids) for organizers • In-app messaging between users • Family accounts, so a devotee can manage bookings for immediate family members • Volunteer participation and community engagement features • Notifications and reminders BookMyसंध्या acts solely as a technology platform unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not organize religious events ourselves, and we are not a travel operator — Bus Seva trips are organized and operated by the Mandal that publishes them, using their own vehicles or vehicles they arrange.

You may use BookMyसंध्या only if: • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. • You provide accurate information during registration and while using the Platform. • You agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

Users may register as: • Devotee • Singer • Religious Organization / Mandal A single account may hold more than one role at a time (for example, a Devotee who is also a registered Singer), each with its own independent membership as described in our Membership Policy. Account sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication using your mobile number, email address, or a supported third-party sign-in method. Each user is responsible for maintaining accurate information, safeguarding their credentials and any device used to access their account, and for all activity conducted through their account.

Certain features of BookMyसंध्या require an active annual membership. Membership categories, fees, validity, upgrades, downgrades, and renewal are governed by our separate Membership Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Organizations applying for verification must provide authentic and valid documentation, as described in our Mandal Verification Policy. Verification confirms only that submitted documents have been reviewed by BookMyसंध्या. Verification does not represent legal certification, endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the organization. BookMyसंध्या reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke verification at its sole discretion.

Verified organizations may publish religious events directly. Community members may submit event information where the organizing Mandal has not yet done so, subject to review. All event publishers are responsible for ensuring that event information — including date, time, venue, and organizer details — is accurate, and for promptly updating or cancelling listings that change. Bus Seva lets a Mandal publish bus trips (typically for pilgrimages or group darshan visits) and lets devotees book seats and pay for tickets in-app. • The Mandal that publishes a trip is solely responsible for the vehicle, driver, route, safety, and conduct of that trip. BookMyसंध्या provides the booking, payment, and communication technology only — we do not own, operate, or dispatch any bus. • A booking requires passenger details for every seat, including full name, age, gender, the last 4 digits of the passenger's Aadhaar number, an emergency contact, and optional medical notes relevant to the journey. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is used and protected. • Seats are held temporarily while payment is completed and released automatically if payment is not completed in time. • Some trips support an SOS/emergency alert feature during travel; this is a communication aid to reach the trip organizer, mandal admins, and platform staff faster and is not a substitute for contacting local emergency services directly. • Ticket cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For Mandals using Bus Seva, ticket revenue (net of BookMyसंध्या's platform fee) is credited to an in-app wallet associated with the Mandal. A Mandal's owner or authorized admin may add bank account details so that BookMyसंध्या can transfer the wallet balance to that account. Payout timing and method (manual transfer or an automated bank transfer, where enabled) may vary. Providing accurate and lawfully-owned bank details is the Mandal's responsibility.

AI Studio lets eligible users (primarily Mandal organizers and Singers) generate draft content — such as event descriptions, promotional posters, invitations, voice announcements, and planning checklists — using third-party AI models. • AI-generated content is a draft starting point. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before publishing, and for ensuring it does not misrepresent facts, people, or events. • AI Studio usage is subject to fair-use daily limits based on your account type, shown in-app. • Do not use AI Studio to generate content that would otherwise violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

The Platform provides messaging so devotees, Mandals, and singers can communicate about events, bookings, and bus travel. Messages you send are visible to the recipient(s) of that conversation. Do not use in-app messaging to send content that would violate our Community Guidelines.

To help keep the Platform safe, certain user-submitted content (including posts, comments, messages, profile content, and uploaded images) is automatically screened before publication for sexual content, abusive language, and violent threats, in addition to our existing reporting and review tools. Screening decisions are made using automated tools and may occasionally be imperfect; you may contact support if you believe content was blocked in error.

You agree not to: • Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent events, profiles, or documents. • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users. • Post sexual, abusive, or violent content, or content inciting real-world harm. • Attempt to bypass verification, payment, or moderation systems. • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Payments for memberships, Bus Seva tickets, and any other paid feature are processed through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.

The BookMyसंध्या name, logo, and app design belong to us. Content you publish (event listings, photos, profile information) remains yours, but by publishing it on the Platform you grant BookMyसंध्या a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform and its marketing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or that engage in fraud, fake documentation, or repeated policy violations. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyसंध्या is not liable for losses arising from event cancellations or changes made by organizers, Bus Seva trip delays or cancellations caused by the operating Mandal, third-party payment or AI service outages, or user-generated content. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of BookMyसंध्या's registered office.
