Membership Policy

BookMyसंध्या offers memberships to build a trusted, secure, and authentic spiritual community by connecting devotees, singers, religious organizations (Mandals), and event organizers across India. Membership helps us: • Maintain platform quality • Reduce fake accounts • Verify organizations and artists • Improve platform security • Develop new features, including Bus Seva and AI Studio • Provide dedicated customer support • Build a trusted religious community

BookMyसंध्या currently offers the following membership categories: 🙏 Devotee Membership For individuals who wish to discover, participate in, and support religious and spiritual events, and book Bus Seva travel. Annual Membership Fee: ₹51 🎤 Singer Membership For devotional singers, bhajan artists, and performers who wish to showcase their profiles and receive bookings. Annual Membership Fee: ₹251 🛕 Verified Mandal Membership For registered Mandals, trusts, temples, and religious organizations that wish to publish events, manage their official presence, and offer Bus Seva trips. Annual Membership Fee: ₹501 Additional membership categories may be introduced in the future.

Every membership remains valid for one (1) year from the successful payment date. Each membership has its own independent validity period. Example: • Devotee Membership — 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 • Singer Membership — 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2027 • Mandal Membership — 22 July 2026 to 21 July 2027 Each membership is renewed separately.

Membership benefits vary depending on the membership category. Benefits may include discovering and booking religious events and Bus Seva trips, publishing events, a booking calendar, verified profiles, event analytics, AI Studio access, volunteer management, priority support, and future premium features. Benefits may be modified from time to time.

Current annual membership fees are: • Devotee — ₹51 • Singer — ₹251 • Verified Mandal — ₹501 Membership fees may be revised in the future. Any revision will not affect memberships that are already active.

Members may renew their memberships before or after expiry. Every renewal creates a new membership subscription period while the original Membership ID remains unchanged. Renewal validity always starts from the successful payment date unless otherwise stated.

When a user upgrades their account from Devotee to Singer, they must pay a one-time Singer membership fee of ₹251. • The Singer Membership becomes active from the date the payment is successfully completed. • The Singer Membership validity is calculated starting from the payment date and remains valid for one (1) year. • The Devotee role remains part of the user's account. • Membership validity is calculated independently for each role. Example: • Devotee purchased: 01 January 2026 • Upgraded to Singer: 15 June 2026 • Singer valid until: 14 June 2027

If a user wants to downgrade their account from Singer to Devotee, no payment is required. • The user will continue to enjoy all Singer membership benefits until the Singer Membership expires. • After the Singer Membership expires and the downgrade request is approved, the account will be converted to a Devotee account. • After conversion, the user will pay the standard Devotee annual fee of ₹51 every year. • Admin approval is mandatory for every downgrade request. • No refund or partial adjustment will be provided for the remaining Singer Membership period.

A Devotee or Singer account holder may apply to register a Mandal. Steps: • The user must first submit the required Mandal documents for verification. • The documents are reviewed and must be approved by the BookMyसंध्या admin. • Once documents are verified and approved, the user must pay the Mandal registration fee of ₹501. • The Mandal Membership becomes active from the date the payment is successfully completed, and remains valid for one (1) year from that date. Mandal Membership is independent of the user's Devotee and Singer Memberships. Once active, a Mandal may additionally register vehicles and publish Bus Seva trips, subject to our Mandal Verification Policy.

Every registered user receives a unique Membership ID. The Membership ID remains permanent and does not change after renewals. Only the membership validity, subscription period, invoices, and payment records are updated.

Members agree to: • Maintain accurate account information • Protect login credentials • Respect other users • Publish only genuine information • Comply with all Platform policies • Use membership privileges responsibly, including AI Studio and Bus Seva

BookMyसंध्या may suspend any membership if false information is submitted, fraudulent documents are uploaded, fake events or trips are published, Platform policies are violated, or membership benefits are misused. Suspended memberships are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

BookMyसंध्या reserves the right to permanently terminate memberships in cases including but not limited to fake organizations, fake documents, fraudulent activities, hate speech, illegal content, or repeated policy violations.

Upon expiry, premium membership features (including publishing new events or Bus Seva trips) become unavailable, though users may continue using available free features. Membership can be renewed at any time. Event history, profile, and account information remain intact unless the account is deleted.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable after activation. Refund requests are governed by the BookMyसंध्या Refund & Cancellation Policy.

BookMyसंध्या may modify membership benefits, pricing, eligibility, features, or the renewal process. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform.
