Mandal Verification Policy

The following organizations may apply: • Registered Religious Trusts • Registered Societies • Mandals • Temple Committees • Ashrams • Religious Organizations • Spiritual Foundations

Applicants may be asked to provide: • Registration Certificate • Trust/Society Registration Documents • PAN Card (if applicable) • GST Certificate (optional) • Government-issued ID of the authorized representative • Address Proof • Organization Logo (optional) BookMyसंध्या may request additional documents where necessary.

1. Submit application. 2. Upload required documents. 3. Administrative review. 4. Additional verification (if required). 5. Approval or rejection. The review process generally takes 3–7 business days, though it may take longer during periods of high demand.

Approved organizations receive a Verified badge, indicating that the submitted documentation has been reviewed by BookMyसंध्या. Verification does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or certification of the organization or its activities.

A verified Mandal offering Bus Seva trips must separately upload documents for each bus it registers (such as the registration certificate). These vehicle documents are self-attested by the Mandal at the time of upload — BookMyसंध्या does not independently inspect vehicles or drivers. The Mandal is responsible for ensuring every vehicle and driver used for Bus Seva is properly licensed, insured, and roadworthy under applicable law.

Verified organizations agree to: • Publish accurate event and trip information • Update cancelled or rescheduled events/trips promptly • Maintain respectful communication • Comply with applicable laws, including motor vehicle and passenger-safety law for Bus Seva • Avoid misleading information • Keep bank/payout details accurate if using the Mandal wallet

Verification may be suspended or removed if: • False documents are submitted • Fraudulent activities are detected • Repeated misleading events or trips are published • Community Guidelines are violated • Required legal documents expire or become invalid

Organizations whose verification is rejected or revoked may submit updated documentation for reconsideration.
